Koftas:
Ingredients:
1 bunch boil Spinach leaves
100 gms paneer
1 cube cheese
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1tsp garam masala
2tbsp ginger, garlic, green chilli
paste
4-5 tbsp bread crumbs
1tsp khus khus(poppy seeds)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Mash boiled spinach. Add ginger,
garlic, green chilli paste, grated cheese, grated paneer, kitchen king masala,
garam masala, salt, khus-khus, bread crumbs. Mix all the ingredients well and
make small balls. Deep fry the koftas.
Gravy:
Ingredients:
4-5 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1tsp ginger
1tsp green chilli
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp dhaniya powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp jeera
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera it will
crackle then add tomato paste (grind tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli
together and make a paste). Boil it for 5-8 minutes. Then add salt, red chilli
powder, dhaniya powder. Boil it for 5 minutes. Add koftas & serve hot. Garnish
with coriander leaves and sprinkle garam masala over it.
Tip:

Boil
spinach with salt and pinch of cooking soda to maintain its color. As soon as
it is done pour cold water over it. Then use it
